Online Shows – FAQ
Dance from the comfort of your home!
Our audiences now have a new way to enjoy dance thanks to our online shows. We have adapted our venues to allow for digital streaming that strives to maintain the essence and quality of an in-person experience.
- What do I receive?
After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email with an attached e-ticket that includes a link and an access code for the online show.
- May I share my access code?
No, your access code is only valid for one user/viewing.
- What is a livestream?
A show that is streamed in real time. This means that if a show starts at 7pm (Eastern Time), the livestream will begin at that time. Livestreams cannot be rewound or fast forwarded.
- What is a prerecorded webcast?
A show that is streamed for a set period of time and that can be watched whenever you want within that time. This means that if a prerecorded webcast is available from January 1 to 15, you can watch it once at any time within that period.
- How much time do I have to buy a ticket?
For a livestream, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets before the show starts. For a prerecorded webcast, you can purchase tickets until the last day of the webcast period. If you purchase a ticket on the last day of the webcast period, you must watch the show on that day.
- How do I connect to the show?
As mentioned above, after purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email with an attached e-ticket that includes a link and an access code for the online show. To connect, all you have to do is click on the link (https://www.livetoune.com/showtitle) and enter your access code on the streaming page. We recommend that you copy-paste the access code to avoid mistakes.
- When can I connect to the show?
For livestreams, you can connect 10 to 15 minutes before the show starts. For a prerecorded webcast, you can connect at any time during the webcast period indicated on your e-ticket.
